**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble trailers and ensure they meet quality standards
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on trailers before customer pickup or delivery
- Assist customers with trailer hook-ups and provide basic operational guidance
- Maintain a well-organized and clean yard, ensuring proper storage and staging of inventory
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment as needed
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the yard and shop area
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Experience in trailer assembly, mechanical work, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift and equipment operation experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
