**VG Meats is looking for a Packaging Team Member in Simcoe, ON**:
The individual selected for this position will work with the packaging team to organize, weigh, package, and label products according to customer specifications and orders. VG Meats believes that people are critical to its success. **What you will do as the Packager**:

- Package and weigh products according to SOPs.
- Ensure accuracy of weights, labeling, and packaging integrity and quality parameters.
- Execute daily operational schedule and ensure order flow is timely with supporting documents.
- Ensure on-time shipments free of errors.
- Maintain food safety and housekeeping standards at all times (good manufacturing practice).
- Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and identify corrective actions as required.
- Monitor product inventory at all times and communicate at-risk items to the immediate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Decision making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- WHMIS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience is an asset but not required
