**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meal Preparation**: Create and prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light canapés/snacks for groups ranging from 4 to 18 guests.
- **Menu Planning**: Develop creative and seasonal menus tailored to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
- **Guest Interaction**: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and adapt to their feedback for future meals.
- **Kitchen Management**: Maintain a clean, organized kitchen adhering to health and safety standards. This includes food storage, inventory management, and kitchen sanitation.

**Requirements**:

- **Certifications**: Must possess a valid Food Handlers Certification.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience as a Private Chef (minimum 2 years) and extensive experience in high-end restaurant environments.
- **Transportation**: Must have your own vehicle with appropriate insurance for travel within the Muskoka area.
- **Accommodation**: Private lodging is provided on the property for the duration of the employment period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: $2,250.00-$3,000.00 per week

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
