**Overview**
Pelham Hills Golf Club is about to have a new look As we prepare to launch our brand-new Sports Pub & restaurant and state-of-the-art golf simulator experience, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and hands-on General Manager to lead operations and bring our vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to build on our exceptional golf course experience and lead a team from the ground up in a venue that blends elevated dining, modern technology, and a passion for golf.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all Operations at Pelham Hills Golf Club. This includes the design and implementation of all golf programs including those which pertain to green fees, rentals, instruction, and golf events.
- Responsible for maintaining all rental fleets including power carts, pull carts, and clubs.
- Oversee all tournament operations. This includes pricing, services, and booking rules and guidelines.
- Responsible for hiring or coordinating the hiring and training of all Golf Services employees as well as managing payroll for all departments.
- Responsible for maintaining healthy sales and inventory levels as they relate to Pro Shop Merchandise. This includes accurate receiving and tracking of inventory levels.
- Responsible for overseeing winter golf simulator daily operations.
- Develop and enforce of all company policies and procedures across all departments including Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures, and Human Resources.
- Coordinate all company training and orientation sessions.
- Manage the company timeline for all departments and coordinate the completion of these duties across all departments.
- Enforce the standards for performance for all employees.
- Make recommendations for and capital purchases or projects.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and terminating all golf services employees.
- Creates and maintains up to date training procedures for all staff.
- Enforces all company policies and procedures.
- Promotes good housekeeping practices to ensure all clubhouse areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Oversees the scheduling for the Golf Services Department including simulator staffing for the winter months.
- Evaluates supplier relationships and makes recommendations to the owner(s) on all supplier contracts and relationships.
- Develop promotions and marketing strategies.

**Experience**
- Must have 5 years experience in the Golf Industry in a Supervisory Role.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, particularly within the golf industry.
- Strong knowledge of golf operations & POS management.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership within a customer service sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 44 per week
