**Job Description**:
This is a Business Analyst position at RedIron Technologies. Business Analysts in our group define and help deliver technology projects for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 (large and Mid-sized) Retail software customers across North America.

**What you will do**:
Deliver results in Agile and Iterative Waterfall project frameworks
Elicit measurable business value metrics on retail enterprise projects, and ensure all business and system requirements are identified and are traceable back to project goals
Define the requirements approach - use cases, test cases, traceability matrix, activities, deliverables, and effort estimates
Define practical user experiences, including technical & functional use cases, storytelling, personas, user journeys, and process flows

Create design artifacts, including: user scenarios, use cases, test cases, context diagrams, competitor analyses and prototypes
Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
Ensure traceability between scope, requirements, system specifications, and user acceptance test plans and test cases, through to implementation
Communicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities

**Qualifications**:
**Must-have**:
Bachelor’s degree, BA (IIBA and/or BABOK) and Agile certifications from a credited educational institute

Able to provide the proof of certification(s)

1-2 years of Business Analysis experience

Strong concern for delivery timelines of BA deliverables to the Project Manager

An analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex functional and technical processes and transform them into valuable business requirements and systems for change

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be work independently
Working experience in requirements management tools
