We are currently seeking for an overnight Dispatcher to join our growing company

**Responsibilities**:

- Work overnight from 9 pm to 5:00 am
- Communicating with all operators and on a regular basis
- Monitoring and efficient route planning
- Use vehicle GPS trackers effectively to monitor and log movements of vehicles to designated sites
- Using all necessary tools as provided to you to make the job as effective and efficient as possible
- Quick problem-solving skills to sort issues relating to fuel and repairs as they occur
- Change the routing as necessary (pick up needed ASAP, vehicle breakdown, etc), while maintaining efficiency
- Escalate issues concerning material availability, customer inquiries, operator and worker performance and service level standards
- Update all office personnel on activity, logs, material shortages, equipment problems, reporting and client concerns
- Ensure all calls are dispatched in a timely manner with the proper resources
- **Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of dispatch or operator related skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Must have computer-based skills in Excel, Word, Google Chrome, and using online programs
- Open to learning new things and possessing multiple role.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, nights and holidays, where applicable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $17.00 per hour
