FACET Dermatology, founded by Dr. Geeta Yadav, is a patient-centered dermatology clinic in Toronto. We combine expert medical care with cutting-edge cosmetic treatments, creating a modern space designed to enhance both patient experience and results. At FACET, we specialize in managing complex skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, with a particular focus on skin of color. Our commitment extends beyond medical dermatology to include cosmetic procedures like injectables, energy-based treatments, and laser hair removal. Reporting to the CEO (Medical Director), this newly created role is responsible for leading the operations and growth of FACET’s newly expanded dermatology clinic in Toronto’s Beaches neighborhood. Critical to our ongoing success and growth, the Clinic Director will play a key role in FACET’s evolution by establishing processes and operating norms that support and advance quality patient care and good quality of life for staff and physicians alike.

**General Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations (~10 staff) to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Empower team success by removing performance barriers and providing support.
- Set clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and drive results.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to foster growth and clinic excellence.
- Offer timely feedback and coaching to improve performance and nurture top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership on cross-enterprise projects supporting FACET’s growth.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Optimize clinic operations by refining existing processes or implementing new ones.
- Lead patient escalations, resolving challenging situations professionally.
