We are currently recruiting for a** Full-Time CNC Machinist** at our head office in **Red Deer, AB**.

What will you do?
- CNC Programming (CAD, GibbsCam, etc.)
- Compliance with Safety Procedures, Engineering Specifications, Quality Standards (ISO, ABSA, PED) & Inspections and FATs
- Edit Existing Programs on CNC as Needed
- Operate and handle materials and tools in a safe manner
- Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings, Blueprints, Charts and Tables
- Set-up and Operate Manual Lathe/Mill/Flatbed Grinder/Drill Press
- Set-up, Operate and Program CNC Lathe/Mill
- Verify Dimensions of Parts Machined Using Precise Measuring Instruments (i.e. Micrometers, Calipers)

What do you need?
- Must be registered 2nd year apprentice or greater or registered journeyman machinist
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Fagor control advantages
- G code and conversational programming
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Forklift and Crane training area an asset
- General shop environment skills
