**The Need**

Formula Honda a proud member of Drive Auto Group is looking to hire a full-time Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant is a key member of the sales team. The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process from the moment the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond. Our Company is seeking an individual who is passionate about building professional relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.

- Well-rounded background in customer service and sales.
- Experience in the automotive industry and holds a valid driver’s and OMVIC license.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work with our customers to understand their needs.
- Results-oriented with perseverance to bring projects to completion.
- Has an eye for details to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.

**The Job Environment**
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Position involves sitting and standing for long periods of time.
- Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time.
- Busy work environment, so the Sales Consultant needs to be a master in efficiency and time management.
