Labourer (Or 20's Puller) Afternoon Shift

We are currently recruiting for a **Labourer** to join our west end team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret steel order tickets and accurately pull customer orders in compliance with Company training and safe job procedures
- Confirm material accuracy and documentation
- Perform a variety of activities involving mild, medium, and/or heavy physical labour
- Organize the yard as efficiently as possible
- Adheres to all Company and legislative Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Must be able to work the afternoon shift. Hours are 2:00pm - 11pm

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- One (1) year of laboring experience in the steel supply industry would be an asset, but not required
- Previous shipping and receiving experience, familiarity with reading and interpreting customer orders and documentation
- Excellent English communication skills; the ability to read, write and speak fluently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle a physical demanding environment
- Able to stand, push and pull for extended lengths of time
- Must be safety conscious
