We have been selected as a top provider for the Nova Scotia School Lunch Program and are expanding our team to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of nutritious, kid-friendly meals to schools across multiple clusters in the province.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking reliable **Delivery Driver / Meal Packers** to join our team. This role involves assisting in the kitchen with meal packaging and delivering meals to schools each day. Drivers are responsible for ensuring orders are accurate, properly loaded, and delivered on schedule while providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Meal Packing & Prep**
- Assist with portioning and packing meals according to delivery lists.
- Label and organize meals for efficient loading and unloading.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.

**Delivery Duties**
- Safely operate a company or personal vehicle to deliver meals to designated schools.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Load and unload meals with care to prevent damage or spillage.
- Confirm deliveries with school staff and obtain any required signatures.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to management promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Nova Scotia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Strong time management and reliability — must be punctual.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Food Handler’s Certificate an asset (can be obtained after hire).
- Must provide a current Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check prior to starting work.
