**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to specified recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and adjust ingredient quantities as needed.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently for distribution.
- Fabricate and assemble components as required for production processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on mixing equipment, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility when necessary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in food processing or mixing roles.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring ingredients accurately.
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- A strong mechanical aptitude will aid in understanding equipment operations and maintenance tasks.
