As part of our professional Landscape Team, you will work daily within an assigned portfolio of multi-unit residential properties, year-round through summer and winter seasons. You will be successful in this position if you are reliable, set high standards on the quality of your work, focus on safety, and are focused in contributing to high resident satisfaction.

Our landscape team works year-round and provide support beyond typical landscape duties where we support building operations and site team members.

This means there are no rain days for us. We work full time and have guaranteed hours. (There are no seasonal positions).

We transition to snow duties in the winter and are expected to work extended hours where necessary to ensure our properties are well maintained and the safety of our residents remains our top priority.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**Spring, Summer and Fall**:

- Lawn cutting;
- Edging;
- Pruning;
- Planting;
- Weeding garden beds; and
- Any other duties as required.

**Winter Season**:

- Snow maintenance of properties;
- Snow blowing;
- Shoveling;
- Participating in rotational on-call snow removal; and
- Any other duties as required.

Must Haves
- Must be available to work flexible hours. Usually 7 am to 3 pm + overtime.
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
