***Job Summary**:
We are looking for an **On-Site** **Production Supervisor** who will be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring that deadline, safety and quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and leading a team to optimize safety, quality and productivity
- Overseeing all processes and ensuring that teams follow procedures
- Help develop and maintain daily and annual KPIs
- Providing direction and support to continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster strong relationships and communication with internal and externals departments and stakeholders
- Ensure that all orders are completed prior to deadlines
- Manage multiple projects against tight deadlines
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are followed by team members
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a proactive manner
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to ensure positive morale
- Speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, motivated, and professional
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
