**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Estimator / Site Inspector** to join our team. This role involves completing pre-scheduled site inspections for fencing projects that have already been discussed and quoted with customers.

This is **not a traditional sales role**. Most projects are pre-sold prior to the site visit. The focus of this position is confirming project details, documenting site conditions, and preparing projects for production.

**Duties**
- Travel to pre-scheduled customer sites using a company vehicle
- Meet with customers to review and confirm project scope
- Verify measurements and site conditions
- Capture detailed photos and record a project handoff video for production
- Identify access issues, obstacles, and special installation considerations
- Collect site inspection fees or project deposits using a POS system
- Convert approved estimates into contracts using GoHighLevel
- Send contracts to customers and collect required deposits
- Provide accurate project documentation to the production team

**Training & Onboarding**
- Initial onboarding includes working with production crews to learn installation processes
- Exposure to common site challenges and quality standards
- Ongoing administrative and pricing support from office staff

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with smartphones, apps, and basic software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules

**Preferred (Not Required)**:

- Experience in construction, fencing, estimating, or inspections
- Customer service or sales experience

**Work Environment**
- Combination of driving, outdoor site visits, and light administrative work
- Consistent daytime schedule
- Company vehicle provided
