Basic Job Summary:
Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers.
Job Duties:
- Welcomes all visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Daily organization of outgoing/incoming vehicle licensing requirements for sales departments
- Ordering dealership office supplies, receiving, and delivering to all departments
- Stocking in new and used vehicles
- Any additional duties assigned
**Qualifications**:
- As the public-facing representative of the dealership, you must be professional and friendly at all times.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone system and directing calls to the correct department.
- Must have a good time management skill and be able to multi-task.
- A professional demeanor and appearance.
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Reynolds & Reynolds and Contact Management knowledge an asset) Fluent in English with a pleasant speaking voice
**Must have an open availability and be able to work on Monday to Friday from 2p and every Saturdays - This is a PART TIME position**
