**Description**:
The Workforce Optimization Lead works with Rizing Project Managers, Functional Line Managers, and Sales to ensure that projects are staffed with the solutioned resource mix and location whilst maintaining target utilization across our teams. This role is key given the number of projects that are run across the HCM Lines of Business in each region concurrently, many of them sharing the same Employees. Furthermore, the short nature of Rizing HCM’s projects requires continuous management of resourcing across the team. They are also responsible for workforce reporting and dashboards. #LI-GB1

**Essential Functions**:

- Plans and schedules Staffing Assignments to Projects.
- Plans and schedules Staffing assignments to support the RFP process.
- Assesses and adjusts utilization level across the team to be as per target.
- Ensures delivery reporting and dashboards.
- Participates in sales support activities (cv’s, roles, etc.).
- Coordinates the work of contractors (independent).
- Works in collaboration with the Sales & Delivery for escalation management (resource-related).
- Supports resourcing for delivery excellence activities.
- Assists with implementation of resourcing for product support.
- Provides input to hiring and onboarding across the business.

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:

- Provides input into the creation of SOW’s (resource-related).
- Reviews and recommends any changes on business plan creation (resource forecasts etc.).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any business field, or any related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Training or Certification or related experience.
- Strong experience in Resource Management and scheduling experience.
- A background in Professional Services (Consulting) experience.

- Expert understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to appropriately prioritize requirements for competing resources.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and clearly articulate with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work and lead with a matrix reporting structure.
- Demonstrated abilities to align the workforce to meet the needs of the projects.
- Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint as well as Smartsheet.
