**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as floor care, window washing, and surface sanitization.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or special requests.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall functionality of the space.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- Experience in commercial cleaning settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures for effective cleaning operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
