As we expand our operations, we are seeking a committed HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As an CSR in our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing incoming inquiries, coordinating service requests. Additionally, this position involves following up on purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to facilitate a seamless procurement process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in scheduling services, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide information regarding product features, pricing, and service offerings.
- Schedule appointments for technicians, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinate with field technicians to manage service schedules and prioritize urgent requests.
- Keep customers informed about service timelines, arrival of technicians, and any potential delays.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
- Communicate with suppliers to verify order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate and send purchase orders to suppliers, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, purchase order status, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and purchase order documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing.

**Qualifications**:

- _Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC industry._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and basic technical concepts is a plus.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
