** Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the worksite. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with paving projects, including laying asphalt and operating paving machines
- Operate hand tools as required
- Load, unload materials as required and instructed
- Keep job site clean and safe

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Experience in paving projects
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
