**What You’ll Do**:
Maintaining procedures related to cleaning of all areas of the Bobcaygeon facility, House Over the Hill and buildings.
- Washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwashers, putting away dishes.
- Mopping of floors and dusting all areas.
- Washrooms - toilets, sinks all scrubbed/polished out daily.
- Restock cleaning supplies and where necessary replace paper towels, toilet tissue, soap and air fresheners. Notify Facilities Supervisor if stock is low.
- Clean surrounding washroom walls weekly.
- Check carpets, flooring etc. for stains and spot clean.
- Report to Supervisor any notice of wear and tear of inside of buildings.
- Mops, brooms, vacuum (& filter) cleaned after usage and at least weekly.
- Wash any bedding at Over the Hill House on an as need basis (after renter has left).
- First week of the month clean inside of windows.
- Last week of each month (and as needed), wash cupboard doors and tidy/clean interior of cupboards.
- Clean appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster ovens) inside and out.
- Remove any old food for disposal from fridges on a monthly basis.
- Clean and disinfect all counters and surfaces.
- Clear windowsills of clutter, dead flies etc.
- Garbage - all garbage removed and placed in the proper waste areas to go to the Curb or our Bins
- Recycling - all cardboard to be placed in our Cardboard Compactor for recycling.
- Deliver milk products to designated office fridges once a week.

**What You Need to Get the Job Done**:

- Highschool education or GED preferred, or a combination of years and experience
- 1-3 years experience in commerical cleaning
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure, make good decisions and meet deadlines.
- Must have a strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm and solid work ethic and high energy level.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all applicable Kawartha Dairy Limited policies, procedures, and relevant administrative practices.
- Strong understanding and commitment to quality service and best practice.
