We are currently seeking experienced and reliable commercial cleaning subcontractors to join our team. As a subcontractor with Apex Facility Management, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our commercial clients. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

- Performing routine cleaning tasks according to the specifications outlined by Apex Facility Management and our clients.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins and replacing liners as needed.
- Following safety protocols and using cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicating regularly with Apex Facility Management's management team to report any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
- Vehicle or reliable means of transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
