**Position**: Veterinary Receptionist
**Location**: Perth Veterinary Services, Stratford
**Employment Type**: 1 year maternity leave, with possibility of permanent employment
**Schedule**: Availability required until **6:00 PM on weekdays** and **rotating Saturdays**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and patients warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage clinic communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support veterinary staff by ensuring smooth front desk operations
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
