**Key Responsibilities**:
As Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, tagging, and parking vehicles for service, as well as ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for pick-up.
- Greet customers maintaining Company high standards of service.
- Tagging and parking service vehicles.
- Wash exterior and polish as required.
- Vacuum and detail interior of vehicle as required.
- Conduct alignment inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
- Liaise with Service staff on a regular basis staying abreast of customer’s vehicle status.
- Maintain safe and clean drive-thru.
- Assist Service team with other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the role**

The key skills and qualities of an Service Concierge/Drive-Thru Attendant:

- High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years of direct work experience, preferably in luxury dealership.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Previous detailing experience.
- Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation.
