Paradise DQ is looking for staff to join us full time as a core team member. Our core team members main responsibility is to delight our FANS That's right, we don't have customers, we have Fans Fans come to DQ to celebrate their game victory, a great mark on a test or are hosting the family for dinner on a sunny Sunday

Whatever it is, we want to delight our Fans, and treat every encounter as a celebration

From a friendly greeting as they enter, to getting their order right, to making their product accurately and quickly, and then thanking them for coming as they leave, every Member on our team plays an important role in making our Fan's day. Your energy and passion for delighting our Fans are what make you a top crew member in this fast-paced environment while your ability to multi-task and communicate with your fellow crew members will contribute to your success.

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable method of transportation to get to and from work
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service
- Positive attitude and a willingness to excel in the workplace
- Ability to lead from the front and work well with and others
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team
- Servesafe certification and prior experience in the food industry considered an asset
