**Terms of Employment**:

- $56.50/Hour, 30 Hours/Week

**Requirements**:

- Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Team player
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to supervise 3-4 people
- 5 years or more of related work experience

**Specific Skills**
- Plan and control budget and expenditures;
- Establish and implement policies and procedures;
- Train, direct and motivate staff;
- Design and manage investment strategies;
- Monitor financial control systems;
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data;
- Oversee the preparation of reports;
- Advise senior management; and,
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

**Salary**: $57.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
