Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG) is looking for Production Team Members to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Demonstrate the ability to follow safe work practices. Above all, IMG is 100% committed to safety.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity.
- Operate and oversee the operation of production machinery.
- Read job order sheets to determine daily production needs.
- Assemble prefabricated parts on an assembly line while using hand power tools.
- Other duties that may arise from time to time that are required to fill our customers' orders.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Physically able to lift and carry at least 20 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, or warehouse role
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (e.g., Canadian citizen, permanent resident)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
