**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Autobody Estimator to join our team at Gauthier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Winnipeg. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing vehicle damages and estimating repair costs to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate vehicle damage accurately using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates for insurance claims and customer repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining estimates clearly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in identifying additional repair opportunities to enhance dealership revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven automotive estimating background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to accurately assess damages and prepare precise estimates.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with customers, technicians, and insurance companies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Proficiency with Mitchell Repair Center, Mitchell Connect is required.**:

- Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and insurance processes
- Strong organization and multitasking skills and the ability to solve problems
- Positive attitude, and self motivating to get the job done in a timely manner.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years estimating experience.
