Our specialties include mechanical contracting, custom steel fabrication, plumbing, heating, process piping, millwright, and related services._

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and trend analyses.

Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts. Support senior analysts in developing financial models to aid in decision-making.

Budgeting:
Collaborate with budget planners to compile, review, and analyze departmental budgets.

Monitor budget performance and assist in the preparation of budget reports.

Help identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Data Analysis:
Work with data analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data.

Use data visualization tools to present financial information in a clear and actionable manner.

Assist in the development of dashboards and other tools to track key financial metrics.

Accounting Support:
Assist the accounting team with month-end and year-end close processes.

Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Participate in the preparation of audit documentation and support internal and external audit processes.

Reporting:
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to various stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.

Support ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.

**Knowledge & Awareness**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA Certification
- Internship experience or relevant coursework in finance, accounting, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
