**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling a variety of vaping products. Your passion for the industry and knowledge of our products will help create a welcoming environment for both new and experienced customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right vaping products based on their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar environment.
- Must vape
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to sell effectively while building rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Technical sales knowledge related to vaping products is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
