As part of the Vendor Management Team and the Vendor Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the team managing our vendor program. The individual will contribute to optimizing relationships with our external vendors ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The individual will leverage data analytics to contribute to vendor performance evaluations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Vendor Management team with onboarding and off-boarding Vendor
- Manage Vendor contract renewal dates
- Report on Vendor progress on KPIs and established metrics used to evaluate vendor performance.
- Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy as per the contract and arrange for payment
- Track, monitor, and maintain records of all inquiries, issues an escalation related to the Vendor network
- Cultivate and maintain strong relations with Vendors.

**Education**:

- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years experience (preferred)

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
