**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook Spanish Tapa items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs for reordering.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Cook in a Spanish or latin restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing excellent customer service.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued.
