**Technical Co-Founder, AI Matching Engine**

**About InclusifAI**
InclusifAI backs under-represented AI founders with capital access, ethics guidance, and visibility. We combine AI for Good with human expertise to pilot with 200 mission-aligned innovators this summer.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and ship our core grant-matching engine end to end
- Architect data pipelines to ingest and enrich funding opportunities
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure and REST APIs on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Embed privacy-by-design controls to meet PIPEDA and GDPR requirements
- Iterate quickly on founder feedback to maximize impact

**What You Bring**
- Expert Python or Node.js skills and hands-on ML workflow experience
- Proven ML Ops background with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI CD
- Deep knowledge of privacy-by-design principles and secure data handling
- A track record of building production systems in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI for Good and a commitment to measurable social profit

**Equity & Commitment**
- 8 - 15 percent equity stake
- Four-year vesting schedule with one-year cliff
- Full-time or equivalent sweat-equity commitment until Series A or milestone
