**Breakfast Cook & Line Cook - “Dhalia Restaurant”**
“Dhalia Restaurant” at Rustico Resort are hiring line cook and breakfast cook to join our team. We welcome all individuals seeking to advance their careers in culinary industry to apply.
- Preparing awesome meals for our customers.
- Weighing, measuring, mixing, and prepping ingredients according to recipes.
- Steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
- Arranging and garnishing dishes.
- Working well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
- Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use.
- Tastes products, reads menus, estimates food requirements, checks production, and keeps records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment.
**Qualifications**:
- You have an eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry.
- You have experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary setting.
- You have the knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food.
- You are knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines and are able operate kitchen equipment as needed
We offer both full time seasonal and part-time positions with dinner shifts finishing by 10pm nightly.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
