We are looking for a
** summer student** to join our Neightbourhood Development team This role is an exciting opportunity to join Sifton for part of its 100th year, learn about real estate and contribute to our corporate excellence

About the Role
- As part of the Neighbourhood Developments team, this role will work alongside the division’s Director and Senior Vice President to advance multiple special projects and division goals
- Assist with analysis and planning for division team member engagement of key external stakeholders
- Document strategic level interactions and decisions between the Neighbourhood and other divisions using a structured methodology
- Define improvements and provide backup to existing division wide operating functions including project coordination, financial planning and management, team development, team offsites, and other functions
Experience & Qualifications
- Complete at least 3 years of post-secondary education, working towards a business, economics, or commerce degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from multiple teams and at multiple levels of an organization
- Able to operate independently and be self-motivated to complete both urgent and long-term tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work both at a detailed and strategic level
- Above average Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Salesforce CRM experience
