**Specialty Department**

This department works on all of our specialty items, ranging from hood fans, columns etc. This department is very hands-on and a true woodworker's dream.

**Duties**
- **Desired Skills/Interests**
- Study plans, specifications or drawings of parts to be made
- Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, shapers and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components
- Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws or other fasteners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials

- Able to read drawings, measure accurately and lay out work
- Able to operate woodworking machinery in a safe manner
- Able to follow company quality standards
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker in a wood manufacturing environment. (3+ year of experience)
- Proficiency in woodworking techniques such as assembly, construction, and blueprint reading
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
