As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of telecom construction projects. Ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Organize logistics, delegate work, and keep track of spending. You will liaise with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project initiation, progress, and completion, adhering to contract requirements.
- Prepare project quotes and estimates,
- Negotiate contracts, quotes, etc. with clients and sub-contractors.
- Develop and manage project budget, scheduling, cash flow, site logistics, etc.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely submissions and turnaround.
- Accurately communicate client needs to the project team.
- Proactively work with clients to prevent problems, answer questions, and develop relationships.
- Understand and implement CRSC’s Health and Safety guidelines, including running site orientations, participating in audits, developing crisis management plans, etc.
- Prepare technical documents including risk registry, monthly reports, IPR, etc.
- Plan and chair meetings and conduct presentations to clients, Contractors, and teams
- Analyze existing procedures and identify improvements that will positively impact productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Technical Diploma or Degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications construction industry.
- Knowledge of General Construction
- Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations, proficient in crisis management.
- Ability to plan and prioritize (long and short-term)
- Experience with change management and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates competence in communication, professionalism, organizational, analytical, and technical skills
- Believe in the benefits of a strong Health and Safety culture and contribute to its success.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers, and teammates.
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Strong working knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adheres to the organization's security and confidentiality policies.
- Valid ON Driver License,
- Ability to travel: 75% GTA 25% within Ontario

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- telecommunications construction industry: 5 years (preferred)
- General Construction: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Drivers License (required)
