Hydrovac Operator

**Qualifications**
**- Minimum of 3 years experience driving commercial vehicles with DZ or AZ license**
**- Minimum operation of hydro vac truck - 2 years**
**- Must have a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR within the last 30 days**
**- Must follow all workplace safety procedures at all times**
**- Effective listening and verbal communication skills**
**- Mechanical aptitude**
**- Machine operation would be an asset**

**Responsibilities**
**- Perform pre and post trip inspections, while maintaining cleanliness and making sure maintenance has been completed**
**- Complete logbook and all required paperwork**
**- Safely perform hydro vac excavation on site**
**- Read and interpret blue prints and locates**
**- Follow health and safety policies and procedures**
**- Flexibility to operate other vehicles and machinery**

**- Working locations are outdoors in all weather and conditions**
**- Willingness and ability to travel out of town to perform work as necessary**
**- Flexibility to work weekends**
**- Physically strenuous and demanding job at times**
