Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently searching for a Cleaning Supervisor responsible for the overseeing of the day-to-day operations of our building’s cleanliness.

**Duties**:
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar environment
- Managing and motivating a team of cleaning staff
- Conduct stock management of consumables and spare
- Ensure proper training of employees and equipped to perform their role
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and safe to use
- Supervise performance of cleaning team to ensure it meets the company standards
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and show an example for other employees to emulate
- Scheduling work shifts to ensure that all areas are properly cleaned at the correct times
- Developing budgets for labor, supplies, equipment and other operating costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior organizational and multitasking skills
- High school or equivalent
- Bilingual French and English
- Experience and solid knowledge concerning the use of cleaning equipment, solutions and substances.
- Managerial and supervisory experience
- Must be in good shape; ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Able to work effectively alone, and with a team.
