We’re hiring a Calgary-based **Microsoft Business Applications consultant** for an **hourly contract role** supporting a wide range of technical and strategic projects across the **Power Platform**, **Dynamics 365**, and **SharePoint Online** ecosystems. This is a **hybrid position** involving both remote work and **on-site work at client offices within Calgary**. Applicants **must reside in Calgary, Alberta** to be considered.

If you're a **Power Platform expert**, **SharePoint architect**, or **Dynamics 365 functional consultant** with deep experience building solutions _and_ resolving complex technical issues, we’d love to connect.
- Job Description:_

You’ll help design, implement, and support scalable Microsoft-based solutions, as well as troubleshoot advanced technical problems. This includes:

- Creating dashboards and reports using **Power BI** for business intelligence
- Building low-code apps in **Power Apps** to streamline internal operations
- Automating multi-step processes with **Power Automate**:

- Designing and managing **SharePoint Online** portals, lists, and permissions
- Supporting and customizing **Dynamics 365** environments (Sales, CRM, Business Central, ERP)
- Investigating and resolving bugs, broken integrations, failed flows, performance issues, and user-specific errors across Power Platform, SharePoint, and D365
- Integrating systems across **Dataverse**, **Microsoft Teams**, **Outlook**, and connected tools
- Advising on architecture, governance, licensing, and Microsoft 365 strategy

Experience with **Power Pages**, **Microsoft Graph API**, **AI Builder**, or **Azure-based solutions** is a bonus.
- What We’re Looking For:_
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the **Microsoft Business Applications stack**:

- Strong skills in **Power BI**, **Power Apps**, **Power Automate**, and **SharePoint Online**:

- Solid understanding of **Dynamics 365** (CRM, ERP, Business Central)
- Proven ability to **diagnose and resolve complex technical issues**, bugs, and workflow failures
- Experience with **Dataverse**, **Azure AD**, and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Certifications & Training (not required, but considered an asset):

- **PL-300** - Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- **PL-200 / PL-600** - Power Platform Functional Consultant / Solution Architect
- **MB-210 / MB-800** - Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Sales or Business Central)
- **MS-700 / MS-101** - Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator or Enterprise Administrator
- **PL-900 / MB-300** - Foundational Power Platform and D365 certs

**If you’ve completed other formal training or certifications related to Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics, or Microsoft 365**, please include those as well. We value demonstrable experience and continuous development, whether through Microsoft pathways or third-party programs.
