If you strive to be the superhero of the service team, then the Service Advisor role is for you **A Typical Day for the Service Advisor**: - Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs - Create estimates - Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician - Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle - Follow up with customers and keep them updated - Explain all work performed and charges **What You Bring**: - Great customer service both in person and over the phone - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once - Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools - Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures - Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment - Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset - High School Diploma **Why Choose First Truck Centre**: There is something special about working at First Truck Centre, and it's been recognized by Canada's Best Managed list for the past several years.
