**Position Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Administrative & HR Coordinator** to join our team. This role is integral in supporting daily office operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining seamless communication between employees, clients, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain and update employee records, including licenses and training certifications.
- Provide logístical support with payroll timesheets, inventory management (uniforms), and key/access control.
- Prepare, process, and submit invoices.
- Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and manage new quote requests.
- Handle client correspondence and manage documentation for work orders.
- Assist with filing, retrieving, and managing corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Maintain an organizational contact list and support client relationship management.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth functioning of operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Administrative and/or HR experience (considered an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and attentive to detail.
