**Accountant/ Controller**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts receivable process from receipt of invoices to payment of customers
- Manage payment processing for all our different customers
- Ensure timely payments to customers based on their invoice status
- Collect all payments from customers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (such as late payment fees and payment stubs)
- Manage credit risk for each customer, including paying on delinquent balances and working to reduce risk levels
- Collect past due invoices from customers and manage collection processes for each customer, working with collections department to ensure collections are complete in a timely manner
- Research or identify any billing or collection issues for the company that threaten customer accounts
- Work with other departments as needed to ensure all payments are made on time and within due dates
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable activities and accounts receivable policies and procedures
- Preparing monthly financial statements to the Dealer Principal/GM AND Honda Canada.

**Experience**
- 2 years of Accounting Experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
