Healthcare Assistant

**Job Overview**
We are seeking for caregiver to give a female seniors showers, clean the room and do light housekeeping, we welcome a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patient at home. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about senior care and looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.
- Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff..
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and common areas to promote hygiene and comfort.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance caregiving skills.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in nursing homes or assisted living environments, is preferred.
- A background in patient care or caregiving is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist patients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in providing quality care for seniors.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety protocols in healthcare settings.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
