**Family Physician - Fee for Service - Minnedosa Health Centre**:
**Work Location: On site** - Minnedosa Health Centre (334 1st Street SW, Minnedosa, MB R0J 1E0), Minnedosa Personal Care Home Services (138 3rd Ave SW, Minnedosa, MB R0J 1E0). There is no option to work remotely.
**Anticipated Start Date**: As soon as possible
**Anticipated Shift**:Full Time, Days, Early Mornings, Mornings, Evenings, Nights, On Call, Weekends
**Daily Hours Worked**: Various hour shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)

**Position Summary**:
Minnedosa Health Centre is a 27 bed acute care and 50 bed long term care facility. Services offered include General Surgery, Diagnostic, Emergency, Public Health, Mental Health, Home Care, and Respite.
Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a Family Physician to join the Minnedosa Health Centre. Duties to include: performing all duties associated with a family practice, including diagnosing and treating diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients, act as the primary care provider and provide continuous care toward the management of patients’ health. The physician will also share in the Emergency Department on call schedule and will cooperate and coordinate coverage with other physician colleagues.

**Credentials**
- Current licensure or eligible for full license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
- Must be a member of CMPA or provide proof of equivalent malpractice insurance

- Demonstrated ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job.
- Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality including paper, electronic formats and other mediums.
- Good work and attendance record
