QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree/Diploma in Recreation Therapy, Recreation & Leisure Management, or Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant
- At least two years of current experience working in recreation in a long term care environment/home
- Strong facilitation, problem solving, conflict resolution and team building skills
- Established skill, confidence and experience working with those with dementia
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination is required to work in our facility (2 Doses)
