We're excited to welcome a **dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaner** to join our rapidly growing team at Clear Choice Cleaners.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and perform routine cleaning tasks in diverse commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Order restock essential supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed and manage storage areas.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities, incidents, and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with management regarding staff performance, attendance, and operational updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as task completion rates, supply usage, and incident occurrences.
- Ensure all staff comply with safety guidelines for handling and storing chemicals, cleaning equipment, and tools.

- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to maintain cleaning standards and ensure quality work.
- **Effective Communication**: Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capable of addressing issues promptly and implementing effective solutions.
- **Commercial Cleaning Experience**: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- **Knowledge of Cleaning Equipment and Techniques**: Familiarity with a range of cleaning methods, tools, and equipment.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
