**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent of this position must coordinate various activities such as correspondence, calls and complaints related to e-commerce and stores.
Work schedule
The incumbent must be available to work a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) evenings from noon to 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and must also be available on weekends during the day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or evenings from noon to 8:30 p.m., depending on the department's needs.
- Our Customer Service Representatives must be passionate about sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Assist customers with online orders;
- Provide information about products and services;
- Address customer complaints, questions and concerns about their shopping experience;
- Increase conversion on the website by helping customers via online chat;
- Follow up on online orders;
- Open investigations with our shipping partner for lost packages;
- Complete online exchanges and returns;
- Ensure the validity of the rules of promotional offers;
- Control the quality of site data, promotions and promotional offers;
- Maintain good communication between store operations, the distribution centre and the customer service department;
- Perform merchandise transfers to complete orders.
- Perform any other duties requested.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (The representative must support customers for the Canadian and American markets);
- Retail experience;
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision;
- Be available to work evenings and weekends.
