As part of a multidisciplinary and international HR team, your advisory skills will be put to good use with our different managers, and you will be called upon to collaborate with colleagues from all departments in various HR cases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise managers on talent acquisition and take charge of the entire staffing process for the positions entrusted to you
- Be responsible for all matters of training and skill development for the head office, by leading meetings of the training committee and participating in the identification and analysis of training needs
- Be the HR reference for identified international subsidiaries
- Ensure the integrity of information in the employee files of identified subsidiaries
- In collaboration with other team members, answer questions from managers and employees about human resources systems, processes, policies, procedures, and programs
- Contribute to the various joint projects of the international HR team
- Contribute to any other case relating to human resources matters

Qualifications:

- Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Have more than 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Advisor
- Being at ease working with different technological tools
- Have a strong interest and experience in recruitment
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Be creative and on the lookout for new HR trends
- Be proactive, responsible, insightful, and a team player
- Display good communication skills, both written and spoken
