**Join Our Team as a Crematorium Operator: No Experience Required.**

Are you someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to support others during challenging times?

**Southwest Crematoriums Ltd**. operates multiple locations across Southwestern and Central Ontario. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a **Full Time Crematorium Operator at our Strathroy location.**
- **No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training.**

**Planned Start Date : February 2025**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain cremation equipment following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure the dignified and respectful handling of human remains.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of the cremation process and all related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with funeral providers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy and organized work environment
- Support families throughout the cremation process.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations.
- **Qualifications and Desired Traits**:

- Valid G class drivers license
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, service-focused.
- Polite, professional, and works well with teams.
- Compassionate, organized, and takes pride in their work.
- Basic technological skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable leading witnessing's.
